Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below. If you have any inquiries, please contact me.
• I will draw: human(oid)s, most animals, original characters, fan art, anthros|furry
• I won’t draw: NSFW, gore, complex machinery, real people without their consent, highly
• I have the only one way to accept payment: PayPal
• All edits should be requested at the sketch stage. At the next stages i take the extra pay, however I can edit the colors at any stage.
• You can publish my artwork wherever you want If you tag me as an author
• If you did not find what you need in the list of commissions, then you can send me a note and I will listen to your offer!
• I take an advance payment of 50% and after you approve the sketch, you pay the remaining 50%
• Refunds are possible only if the work has not yet begun. If you threw off the prepayment and after the completion of the sketch decided to change your mind - the money will not be returned!
• For commercial use, I will take an additional fee of 20-70% (by agreement). By commercial use, I mean illustrating something or creating merchandise for further sales.
• Tips are optional but always much appreciated!
• Unless stated otherwise, I send progress shots of each major stage (sketch, lineart and color, shading). You’ll have the opportunity to request changes if desired (and within reason).
• Turnaround time varies from a few days to a month. I will keep you updated if there are any significant delays. You can also check my commission queue for the status of your order!
• You will receive full resolution files of the finished commission via email.
• Commissioned non-commercial artwork is for personal use only. Do not profit off of my art in any way (reselling it, making merchandise, commercial use, advertising, etc), mint it as an NFT, or claim it as your own.
• I retain all rights to my art. I may share works-in-progress (WIPs) and completed commissions to my social media, or use them as portfolio or commission examples (with credit to you as the commissioner.) However, if you prefer that I don’t publicly share your commission or mention your name in any way, please let me know beforehand!
• Do not remove my watermark/signature.Thank you for taking the time to read this! If you have any questions about my terms or commissioning me in general, please do not hesitate to ask them!
